Description
This is the original 1964 pressing of the album "A Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles on the Parlophone label, catalogue number PMC 1230. Labels have the Parlophone Company rim and Sold in UK text, with MT tax embosses on label 2. Matrix number Side 1 XEX 481-3N, Side 2 XEX 482-3N. This is an outstanding copy with only sleeve removal lines and no scratches or scuffs, EX++ - NM. The vinyl gleams and retains it's original sheen. The Emitex inner is in great shape having no rips, slipts or tears and only light corner creases. The Garrod & Lofthouse (Patnets Pending) outer sleeve is outstanding, the front retains it's beautifully laminated sheen displaying only a couple of light thumbnail creases. The rear of the sleeve is beautifully clean, displaying only the faintest sign of discolouration t0o the opening edge and that is being fussy, one of the best I have recently seen. This is definately a keeper copy. I am listing a few more similar Beatles albums over the next few days so please see my other auctions.
