Condition: ** VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT ** - Record is in VG+ condition with only a tiny amount of light mostly inaudable sleeve removal marks! The labels are clean and mark free with the push out centre still in tact and the sleeve is flawless in borderline Ex/Near Mint condition! The laminate is fully in tact and mark free with NO rips, tears or creasing! All in all a great buy - you will not be dissapointed!

Mint
Record/Disc is in Brand New Condition with no surface marks. The sleeve and inserts are also in Brand New Condition. In many cases the item will still be factory sealed.
Excellent
Record/Disc is almost in Mint Condition but will most probably show some signs of having been played. The sleeve and inserts might have slight wear and could show mild signs of creasing.
Very Good
Record/Disc has been played many times but has been cared for with no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve/inserts will be worn without major defects.
Good
Record/Disc has been played a lot. The sound quality of any vinyl will have noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion. Sleeve/inserts may suffer from scuffing, discoloration, spine splits etc.

All CD's and DVD's are sent in strong padded 'Jiffy' bags with card and records are despatched in card packages with 'Stiffners' for maximum protection. All UK packages are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard unless otherwise stated. Recorded Post is available for an additional 70p. If you require Special Delivery please email us for quote. All INTERNATIONAL packages are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. We recommend using International Signed For for an additional £3.50. We obtain proof of postage in all cases so please contact us should your item not arrive. Royal Mail does not consider an item 'lost' until 15 days have elapsed from date of despatch for all UK packages & 25 days for all International packages. If your item has not arrived in this time we will issue you with a full refund and start a claim with Royal Mail. In order for us to reclaim our costs you may be required to provide Royal Mail with confirmation that you ordered from us. Royal Mail will only honour any claim up to £36 so any items over this amount will be sent via registered post regardless.
