from a collection of audiophile recordings i will be listing .
from a classical collector who had rock /jazz albums and kept them in audiophile inners all like mint.
RECORD GUIDE
MINT = In brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items e.g. booklet, lyric sheets are complete.
EXCELLENT = Almost like new, but may have a few superficial signs of wear. these should not affect the play quality. Cover and extras may have some sign of slight wear or creasing. (well cared for records).
VERY GOOD = A copy that has been played regularly, but cared for. will show some signs of wear, scuff marks and possibly a sight scratch that may produce surface noise, however, still a good copy.
VERY GOOD MINUS = Quite a significant amount of wear and marks which will produce surface noise.
GOOD PLUS : - The minimum quality . Playable, but getting tired
