Description
This is a Reference Recording ACETATE - NOT VINYL! - of The Beatles live singing "Ticket To Ride", "Yesterday" and "Help" from the 1960's. This is an item solely for BEATLES collectors. The 2nd picture shows the label and its contents. The flip side of the acetate is blank as all acetates were during those years. You need to use the lightest weight on your phonograph tone arm as acetates do not last if care is not used. I only listened to the first song on a brand new diamond stylus and it is complete. Either John or Paul introduces the next song which is "Yesterday." I have not heard this recording on any Beatles live albums from those days. This is a truly unique item and due to its rarity, the auction price has been carefully reviewed with other Beatles collectors. This acetate recording has been kept in a smoke-free, air conditioned collector's room. There are several visible smudges on the acetate that do not affect the sound. I obtained it as part of a transaction of Phil Spector and The Ronettes' memorabilia many years ago. The item is sold AS IS. I do not accept returns.
