Pressing Identification:
Label Style:
• UK Apple label with “An EMI Recording” credit on both sides
• Text aligns with early UK stereo pressings (late 1969 into early 1970)
• The green Apple side A / half-Apple side B design confirms standard issue, not export
Deadwax / Matrix Numbers:
• Side 1: YEX 749-4
• Side 2: YEX 750-3
These matrix numbers indicate a later but still early UK pressing, likely 1970-71. First pressings are typically -2/-1 or -1/-1. Your -4/-3 pairing came shortly after, possibly from a second lacquer generation or pressing plant variation (EMI Hayes).

Condition Assessment:
• Sleeve: Fair to Good (archival tape, creasing, laminate wear, edge wear, library markings)
• Vinyl: Visually VG+ (some light scuffing, gloss visible, labels intact with BBC ink stamp)
Please understand that this is an official UK archival record from the British Broadcasting Corporation and the sleeve(s) may contain archival stickers from the BBC. Some of these stickers are 'on top' of the plastic with some 'underneath' (i.e. on the sleeve itself). Some sleeves have been 'laminated' either by way of 'punching' the plastic wallet to two parts of the sleeve or by fully wrapping the plastic to the sleeve. Where sleeves are laminated stickers can be removed with the use of appropriate sticker removal fluids however it is unlikely that stickers can be removed from any sleeves that are not laminated. The sleeves as such in this collection are generally graded as VG with the records often VG+ to Ex+.
