Description
Original Abbey Road album sleeve bearing four signatures attributed to John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The album is accompanied by a forensic handwriting examination report dated 1 July 2002 from Carolina Forensic Science (Haywood R. Starling, Director). The report examined the questioned signatures against known exemplars and concluded they were consistent with the handwriting of the respective Beatles. Please note the following important points: - The forensic report is over 20 years old - I am not a professional authenticator and cannot guarantee authenticity The item is offered exactly as presented, with the original forensic report included. High-resolution photographs of the album sleeve and the full report are provided so bidders can make their own assessment. The album has previously been framed for display and is offered unframed in this sale. The forensic report remains affixed to its original mount using tape on the reverse, as it has been stored for many years. I have not attempted to remove it. Due to the subjective nature of autograph authentication, the item is sold as-is. I have owned this item since 2003, and the original record is included as per the photographs.
