The Beatles Abbey Road (Misaligned Apple Error)

The Beatles Abbey Road PCS 7088, 09.26.69 stereo only first pressing. Fully laminated cover Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Rare misprint: Apple Logo misaligned to Side 1 track listing on rear sleeve! Dark green apple with “Mfd. in U.K.” without “Sold in U.K. subject" label text. Rare label variation without “Her Majesty” credit. Matrix numbers: Side 1: YEX 749-2; Side 2: YEX 750-1. Black inner sleeve.

Condition of Vinyl: Excellent on side 1,  under bright halogen desk lamp I can only see the slightest of marks from the inner sleeve, no scratches. On side 2 I can the same type of marks from the inner sleeve, however there is 1 scratch on this side beginning on the last part of the 1st track song (Here Comes The Sun) and going into the beginning of the 2nd track song (You Never Give Me Your Money) this scratch does cause some very light clicks in the sound of the playback , but they are not that noticable.

Condition of the labels:Near Mint on both sides of the album. There are no unwanted writing on either side and there are no unwanted stickers. I can not see but the slightest of marks from the spindle of the turntable, and you have to look really close to those.

Condition of the Cover: I will grade it a VG++. I would grade as excellent if it wasn`t for the laminate creasing around the mouth of the cover from the original owner bending it back when placing the album in it`s cover or removing. The corners have the slightest of bumping, still very sharp corners. There is 1 small tear about 1 cm. on the bottom right hand corner of the mouth of the cover, again from the original owner bending back the mouth to place the album in it`s cover. (Some people just don`t know how to place an album in it`s cover or remove). Rear of the cover has just a few laminate creasing again GUESS WHERE ? (around the mouth of the cover). Both sides of the fully laminated cover still retains it`s high gloss. Very little ring wear on the front from the age. I wish I looked this good when I was almost 42 yrs.old, that is the age of this cover. Will be in 4 months........And yes collectors you can see part of the manhole cover on the cover front !!!! Just a little humor....I wonder if Paul`s feet were hot walking across the street on what looks like blacktop paved street, I don`t know I have never been to England.....Maybe somebody from the UK can let me know what ABBEY ROAD is made of....Looks Beautiful with all the trees.....OK enough rambling>>>> Comes with a black inner sleeve which is in excellent condition, no rips or tears anywhere....I believe it may be a replacement it looks to good !!!! If it is original WOW !!!
