The Beatles “Abbey Road” US Original 1969 LP w/ Capitol logo.
As I’ve mentioned before, all original US Beatle albums come in different variations. The Abbey Road album actually had four (4) different issues (or First Pressings), that came out in October of 1969. Two (2) that didn’t list “Her Majesty” on the back cover, (which were considered First Issues). And Two (2) that did, (which were considered Second Issues). The other variant that sometimes gets overlooked is the small Capitol logo printed in the label. One of the 1st issues has it (Very Rare). And one of the 2nd issues also has it.
This is a real nice example of an Original 1969 first pressing second issue with the small Capitol logo. The vinyl and label are in great shape. The cover has minimal shelf wear. With a touch of ring wear. The original inner sleeve is solid and still looks good. Nice copy.
