“THE BEATLES AGAIN”/ “HEY JUDE” LP by the Beatles

This LP is Apple Records SW-385 (cover) SO-385 (labels).
-
This is the FIRST PRESSING OF THIS LP.

We know this is a 1st Pressing because the labels identify the LP as “THE BEATLES AGAIN” with the catalog number S0-385, but the cover has the spine printing identifying the LP as “HEY JUDE” with the catalog number SW-385.

“MFD. BY APPLE RECORDS INC.” is in the rim printing on the sliced-Apple label.

This LP was issued February 26, 1970.

The cover is of cardboard construction, NOT poster-board. (Poster-board covers on this LP were used after 1976.)

This LP consolidated 10 Beatles singles, originally released in the 7-inch, 45 RPM format that were never included on an LP, into this LP.

The COVER is in NEAR MINT CONDITION and STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. There is 2 ¾ inches X 4 inches portion of shrink wrap missing at the top right corner on the front. There is also a tiny push on one corner and an original price sticker on the front shrink wrap.

The VINYL is in NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION with just a few very light/slight surface hairline/scuffs.

NOTE: Some sellers may intentionally or accidentally switch vinyl and covers in order to create a near mint item to sell. I don’t do that. This IS the correct cover and vinyl for this first pressing/issue.
