Description

In this auction is 1 original Beatles Picture Sleeve. Here are the details:

·       “AND I LOVE HER” b/w “IF I FELL” by The Beatles

·       This is 7-INCH PICTURE SLEEVE 5235 issued by CAPITOL RECORDS.

·       This picture sleeve was issued July 20, 1964.

·       There is NO vinyl record with this picture sleeve.

·       The PICTURE SLEEVE would be in VG+ CONDITION. There are 2-3 tiny tears at the top of the sleeve at the opening that would lower the grade. There are light to moderate signs of handling, some aging on the edges and some light wear on the B-side of the sleeve between Paul and George, but It’s still a nice-looking sleeve This sleeve has NO SEAM SPLITS, NO RING WEAR, and NO WRITING on it.

·       This is a STRAIGHT-CUT EAST COAST PICTURE SLEEVE.

·       This BLUE PICTURE SLEEVE is an UNCOMMON SLEEVE and has become a TOUGH ONE TO FIND these days.

Thanks to the Price Guide for the Beatles American Records by Perry Cox and Frank Daniels for some information about this record.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I found the record that goes with this picture sleeve. Here is the info about the record:
"AND I LOVE HER" b/w "IF I FELL" by The Beatles
This is Capitol Records 5235.
It was released July 20, 1964.
This is a FIRST PRESSING RECORD. We know this because on the labels the publisher is co-credited to Unart Music and Maclen Music.
The VINYL is in WEAK VG to VG MINUS CONDITION with numerous light surface hairlines/scuffs (none "feel-able"). Both labels have light wear, and the "If I Fell" label has a very small and faint sticker stain.
THEREFORE, THIS PICTURE SLEEVE NOW HAS THE RECORD WITH IT.
