United Artist negotiated directly with Brian Epstein for the American rights to both the film and it's soundtrack for 'A Hard Day's Night'. The company wanted a quick release because it was concerned The Beatles popularity would decrease by summers end. United Artist (UNART) released four of George Martin instrumentals on 45's. The first was 'And I Love Her/Ringo's Theme (This Boy), #UA745. As the record was not a big seller, the picture sleeve is much less common, and The Beatles picture sleeves have become highly collectible. The sleeve front features four similar photos of the boys from the album cover, while the back shows nine of the fifteen black and white photos from the albums back cover.
