Orig UK Parlophone Mono LP, EX/VG+, 1st Press!!
Original UK yellow & black Parlophone mono 1st press LP with the 'The Parlophone Co' label texts, KT tax stamp & 'Recordings first published & Sold in the UK' text on the label. The laminated flipback Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in EX condition, with a couple of small creases & corner rubbing on the laminated front cover. The spine is intact & fully readable, the plain Emitex inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually VG+ condition, with a few light sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on both sides. The labels are in EX condition, clean with evidence of a few spindle markings. The sound reproduction is VG+, still clear & precise with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise on the run ins & in between some tracks, still a really great listen!! The matrix nos. are; XEX-503-4N mother stamper 1-GAO, XEX-504-3N mother stamper 3-GDR. This is one of the early pressings of the original 1964 1st press of the UK mono issue of this album!! All records are checked for sound quality on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, but everyones ears and decks are different, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Postage is £3.25 for the 1st single lp and £4.00 per double LP + £1 per extra single LP, £2.00 per extra double LP.
