The Beatles - Beatles For Sale
Released on Parlophone Records PCS 3062 (Matrix YEX 142-1 & 143-2) Stereo December, 1964. 1st pressing!!!!!
All items included are the genuine originals from the release in 1964:
1 x 12" Vinyl - Label bears the black yellow Parlophone motif. Parlophone Co Ltd also mentioned on the start perimeter. Future pressing had 'Gramaphone' instead. 'Recording first Published 1964', 'Made in Gt Britain' with 'Sold in U.K.....' showing too. Side A has Mother 1 and Stamper GP (=16), B has 2 and GH (=17).
1 x Original Emitex poly lined sleave.
Gatefold side-loader sleeve. Laminated on the outside back and front. Inside not.
I'm no expert, but have been as critical as possible based what I would want to know I if purchasing. All graded below.
Seeing as it can be a contentious issue, I do not clean the vinyl other than using an anti-static brush.
Vinyl/Visually - Very Good. Some very minor surface marks, that I would class as acceptable due to movement into sleeve. Side A, Track 1 has a mark that does appear to cause a slight click during playback. Slighter less prominent mark on track 4, but does not impact playback. Side B has no such marks.
Vinyl/Playback - Very Good. After playing each side 3 times, I would say it is jump-free with limited background noise apart from slight click on A-1 as mentioned above.
Labels - Excellent. Very very slight spindle lines on the darker labels but need to squint to see them, in strong light.
Gatefold Sleeve - Very Good - Lamination all in good condition. Externally, some slight signs of wear on the outer corners, especially at the top LHS but more visible on the reverse. Spine still strong with very minor visible weaknesses. Spine text still very visible. Please see photos.
Inner Sleeve - Excellent - No splits.

Item will be shipped in suitable packaging to avoid any damage. Inner sleeve will not hold the vinyl when shipped to avoid splitting: Poly-inner will be provided.
