Description

The Beatles - Beatles VI (*Rare* Original UK Stereo Vinyl LP Export Pressing)

Rare original U.K. Stereo export pressing with black and yellow Parlophone labels. "Made in Gt. Britain" on labels and " Made and Printed in Great Britain" on back of sleeve.

Front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve.

The Vinyl is in Very Good condition. There are some surface marks which are mainly light hairlines but the LP plays mainly as excellent with some light crackles during some of the quieter passages of music. There is a surface hairline across most of Side 1 which has no effect on the sound.

The front laminated flipback sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. Mostly excellent with glossy laminate. The spine has a few light crease marks but has clear, legible spine text. The top edge is clean and unmarked. There is a scuff on the centre of the bottom edge. The back cover is in great condition with just some initials written near the top (see photo).

Both labels are clean with no writing.

Released in 1966 on Parlophone Records Cat: CPCS 104 Matrix numbers: YEEX-112-A15 / YEEX-113-A15.

Mother stampers: Side 1:  R  @ 3 o'clock  1 @ 9 o'clock. Side 2:  R  @ 3 o'clock  1 @ 9 o'clock.

ALL THE ALBUMS I SELL ARE VERY SECURELY PACKAGED WITH AT LEAST TWO STIFFENERS AND NEW PLASTIC SLEEVES. I ALWAYS PLACE THE RECORD OUTSIDE THE OUTER SLEEVE TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE SLEEVE IN TRANSIT. I ONLY USE THE HIGHEST GRADE PACKAGING TO ENSURE THE RECORDS ARRIVE IN THE CONDITION I STATE IN MY LISTINGS.

Grading

I grade all my records using the Record Collector's Grading System which is as follows:

Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent - The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits discoloration etc.

Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/ or defaced.

Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
