Having a clear up of odd things.
Here is an official Beatles fan magazine from December 1963.
It's No. 5 in the series.
It has been kept with the others my relative has in a folder for years and so it is in exceptional condition for its age which is why I have advertised it as "Like New".
There is no obvious wear that I can see at all. Spine is solid, no creases.
Only blemish I could see was on the rear, small, 5mm stain just above the left shoulder (please see the photo)
A quick flick through (hasn't been opened in years) and I cannot see any pen marks.
At the end of the day it is from 1963 so won't be perfect but see the photos - this really is in near perfect condition.
Will be sent in a rigid envelope.
