FAQ’s

Customer Service

Any questions will be answered during our 9am - 5pm office working hours Monday to Friday, please always contact us through eBay 'contact seller' messages first rather than telephoning or emailing us directly. We always aim to respond to your query within 2 working days.

In the unlikely event that you do have any problems with your purchase, please get in touch with us first before leaving any feedback. We are a very well respected non-profit charity and we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can. We want our customers to be completely happy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems for you.

Payment

We ask that payment is made within 5 days of the auction ending via PayPal. If no payment is received within this time we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item. If the item is for collection only we are happy to accept cash on collection.

Collection Only Items

Collection only items can be arranged to be collected by the purchaser from our warehouse in Stevenage,  Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm

We reserve the right to relist the item if not collected within 1 week of the auction finishing

Shop collections will need to be paid for via Paypal prior to collection.

SHOP COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ITEMS ONLY.

Delivery

We will always try to combine UK postage within Royal Mail or Parcelforce's weight and price guides. 

Parcelforce Zone 3 does not qualify for £7.60 48hr service, please contact us regarding shipping costs to:

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

Please note: Parcelforce classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

Whether our items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we always have to adhere to their size, weight and price guides. 

We always post as soon as possible, but please remember once your items are collected by Royal Mail or Parcelforce the delivery process is out of our hands.

We will use recycled packaging when it’s possible, we keep our prices as low as possible and do not try to profit from delivery costs.

If a courier collection is arranged, we are unfortunately unable to accept any responsibility for any damages/losses that may occur in transit.

If arranged, please note that you are accepting these terms and are completely responsible for your item the moment it is handed to the courier. Any compensation for breakages or loss should be claimed from the courier only.

Our Items

All items listed have been kindly donated by the general public and are therefore second-hand and subject to general wear and tear unless otherwise stated. Items listed as 'spares or repair' or as 'untested' are items that are faulty or simply that we can't test at our warehouse, so please bid accordingly.

 We recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional electrician.

 Clothes are checked over for stains, rips and tears, we recommend that all clothes are washed before use. If you require further pictures of any of our items, please just ask
