This collection is in NEAR MINT condition

All lp’s are so nice that it doesn’t look like they have ever been played.

This appraisal is subject to my evaluation only.

I believe the box to be VG+ as there is some storage ware.

LP covers are NEAR MINT with the exception of the Please Please Me cover, there is slight ware on labeled edge.

Lps are NEAR MINT I can’t be sure but they look like they have never been played.

SLEEVES are also NEAR MINT with the exception of the Rarities sleeve, there is a very slight split.

All inserts and pictures are NEAR MINT and in excellent condition.
