Distributed by The Beatles Fan Club on December 9th 1963, first flexi disc fan issue. Open gatefold contains the National Newsletter (No.2).
Condition - see below and please look closely at the photos.
Condition of disc: this has not been rated as flexi discs have varied playability depending on the turntable. It has been play tested and there were no skips or jumps. Some crackles and pops in line with a typical flexi disc. Disc is flat and not warped or bent. Centre label is still white and in good condition.
Condition of gatefold sleeve / newsletter: you can see in the photos that it has mostly retained its original yellow, edges have darkened and discoloured. There is a small tear to the top of the centre fold, and staples have been removed (see detail). In addition, the photos on the reverse have at some point had some sticky backed plastic added in places (can be seen in the photo). Removal of some of this at a later date has resulted in a slightly tacky residue in places (back only).
Packaging: the item has been treated with some respect, and will be shipped with care using additional protective packaging including protective sleeve, card sleeve and plastic outer protection, in a stiff protective box envelope.
