Labels: NEAR MINT
A vibrant, unworn set showing only a single faint spindle trail around each unworn centre hole
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine, factory-fresh playing surfaces which appear 'as new' in strong daylight, with literally just one or two faint wispy paper hairlines beneath my halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: MINT
Recorded with care and precision, the sound quality of these recording eclipses anything The Beatles did for EMI. This high-quality pressing showcases these historic recordings to their maximum and the bass response throughout is a real highlight. The original master tape for this album was destroyed in a fire at Bert Kaempfert's house in 1980, so you will not find a better source for these historic recordings.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
Clean & fully intact with light to moderate storage/shelfwear throughout. There are few scratches on the front panel - most significantly beneath the word 'recorded', and a 5mm tear to the front opening edge. There is also a tiny name written in the upper right corner of the rear panel. Both seams and the fully worded spine are undamaged
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Graded strictly & conservatively in strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen light to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards
