• Released in a gatefold sleeve that opens from the inside and with horizontal flipbacks in the centre spread.

• First pressing. Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964″ and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
• 
  
• This is for original pressings only with track A7 titled as just "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller)
• Later pressings had to be retitled for legal reasons.
• 
  
• The original LP sleeve and the label listed the song as "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller).
• After the attorneys for Venice Music complained, the record label was revised to read:
• "Medley: (a) Kansas City (Leiber/Stoller) (P)1964 Macmelodies Ltd./KPM. (b) Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey (Penniman) Venice Mus. Ltd. (P)1964."

• This is a genuine 1st press Stereo Beatles For sale, in nice condition, but in addition to it being in VG+ condition, there is a matrix error that I have never encountered before on this pressing!

• The matrix numbers are YEX 142-1 / 143-1 and are machine stamped, however on this copy the '2' digit on side one has been etched across the top of the original stamped matrix number which looks to be an '8'
