The Beatles The Beatles HELP! UK mono 1st pressing with yellow on black Parlophone label early press 1965..
CAT NO - PMC 1255 MATRIX - XEX 549 - 2 + XEX 550 - 2 STAMP - (2 GM) + (3 AP) OTHER INFO -Sold in the U.K text & The Gramophone rim text with KT coded label
The Condition .....Nice copy for use play with decent looks for age a nice gloss to the surface and great mono sound..
Record - EX (minus) ...Still a very nice deep shine to the surface all over on both sides..There a few light but visible hairline marks and the very few lighter paper scuffs in places on both sides but nothing deep. .Sound quality remains very strong mono sound for use with only issue's being very lightest intro static at the start of both sides a single light tick between only 1/2 tracks on side one and 2 or 3 on side two these are only between tracks on run in.All tracks play without any serious incidents ultra clear mono sound from start to finish with no nasty pops,skips or stops etc.. A very decent copy for use or collection.. (A clean may improve sound quality between tracks and on the paper scuffs but I never ever clean vinyl myself) ....
Label - EX + .. Both readable with light signs of spidering lines/trail lines on each side all very clean readable..(Best to see photo's) ..
Sleeve - EX (minus)...Garrod & Lofthouse type sleeve has some very light corner wear bottom opening edge other 3 corners quite sharp with light wear also has some light/mod crease marks on spine and a small knock on spine some shelf wear on bottom edge dirt pick up on the rear from age..All issues listed are nothing serious at all this is still a very solid with no rips or splits at all tidy and intact for age (Again please see large photo's)....
Inner sleeve Emitex type has repairs on all 3 sides so grubby..
