Downsizing record collection so here for sale are 2 Beatles first press mono lps: Hard Day’s Night 1964 PMC 1230 and Help 1965 PMC 1255, both yellow and black 1st press Parlophone labels Matrix no’s: Hard Day’s Night xex481-3N, xex482-3N; Help xex549-2, xex550-2 Both vinyls have marks but no feelable scratches. Both play with some crackle and clicks (Help having slightly less background noise and clicks) but no jumps or skips on either lp. Both playable and a decent listen for their age. Both Garrod & Lofthouse sleeves have ageing, handling and scuff marks with some light barely noticeable writing on the back of HDN lp and some writing on back of Help lp. Nothing too major though. Spine of HDN lp is scuffed as is Help which is not as bad. Front cover of Help has a laminate crease about halfway along to the centre of the cover. Both lps labels in good condition: no writing. Emitex inner sleeve on HDN has a rip at the centre but still useable. Emitex inner sleeve on Help has “Beatles” written on the top of one side. Please see all photos Thanks for looking
