Description

A 1st press from 1965 on the UK Parlophone label. Matrix 2/2. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. The 1st pressing is distinguishable from the 2nd press by the fact that the publishing credit for 'Act Naturally' is Lark Mus. [abbreviated] and that there's a space between the asterix and the track 'I Need You.'
Vinyl (Vg+) Remains in very good condition and has seen moderate use. Under close inspection there are a few marks either side - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Yes, there's a touch of static and the odd crackle in places, but by and large playback is solid and of a good standard. At no point is the interference invasive.
Cover (Vg+) In great condition and has clearly been cared for. That iconic cover is shiny and perfectly white. The rear is also free of fading but there are one or two light marks. The text on the spine is intact and overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
