First mono pressing, August 6, 1965. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text. Front laminated flipback cover, with outline “mono” on front cover. Credit indicator for “I Need You” to the right of the song title with a space, laquer numbers (XEX.549/XEX.550) almost aligned with date beneath. KT tax code on side 2. AAD/APM stampers.
