This immaculate UK stereo pressing dates from late 1966 on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3071
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text & 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
1st/earliest matrices: YEX 168-1 & YEX 169-1
Stamper codes: 3/OM & 4/ML
Vinyl weight: 135g
House in a front laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed tri-flipback cover with an outlined front stereo indicator.
Complete with original black & white printed inner-sleeve advertising contemporary EMI LPs.

A truly superb set bearing just a single faint spindle trail around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: MINT -
Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight, showing just a few faint wispy paper marks beneath halogen light.
Audio: MINT -
Wonderful clean, warm & clear sound quality throughout from this 1-play copy. Aside from 2 ticks on the side 1 run-in, it is flawless.
Cover: MINT -
Such a hard cover to find in anything like this condition, but this one has been stored in a non-smoking environment and remains clean & white throughout with no yellowing or discolouration. The high-gloss front panel is unscratched & unworn with the only sign of wear being two 'thumbnail' wrinkles. There is slight softening to the lower right corner but everything else is in superb condition. The exposed rear panel is flawless and retains clean, unworn flipbacks, smooth seams and a perfectly worded spine.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean & flat with a small repair to one seam.
