Description
The Beatles - Hey Jude
12” Vinyl Album by Apple Records ref CPCS 106
This particular edition was apparently made in the UK for export and was actually bought by us NEW in Sweden and brought back to the UK in 1970.
It has the following notable things going on:-
Dark Green Label on side 1
Light Green/White Label on side 2
Runout side 1 is stamped YEEX 150-1 M 2
Runout side 2 is stamped YEEX 151-1 H 1
Side 1 spelling mistakes:-
Track 3 - PAPER BACK WRITER (should be PAPERBACK)
Track 6 - REVOLUTIONS (should be REVOLUTION - no S)
On the Rear Cover Photo there is a “small green apple” bottom left - we believe on other editions this was on the opposite corner or missing altogether.
I am not an expert, just a very long time fan of vinyl music and not sure of the official terms for grading records. So I am including photo’s to show condition. I can confirm that there are scuffs to both sides of the actual record surface however I have played both sides through and they play very well with no pops, crackles or jumps etc. Following advice, I have not attempted to correct or disguise any original wear and tear to the cover or sleeve.
