Description
I ordered the box as stocks were running out from Amazon Canada back in January. I was informed the next day that they had sold out and in the three months since I had decided I could live without it. On Friday I was informed that it was on its way and that I owed £75 in import duties!
If you are reading this then you know all about this incredible box set. I received it today and took a few LPs out to admire the covers. I haven’t taken the LPs out for fear of damage. Obviously I am now selling it as second hand but I bought it new and it has been with me for 2 hours only! There is a tiny nick at the bottom of the slip cover that goes over the box, that was there when I unpacked the box.
As much as I love the romance of mint , analogue mono Beatles albums, which I dreamed of as a teenager and never thought I would be able to afford, the reality is that I can not justify buying a turntable based hi fi system for one boxed set, I am happy with my digital based music for the rest of my collection. I may hold on to this for the future if I don’t get sufficient interest. The price I am asking for is less than that of amazon UK (at time of writing)
I cannot accept returns. It is simply sold as is. Like I say, I do not want to handle the records themselves. Even though this box is now going for more than the original price, looking at the values of the 2014 Pepper on its own it is still excellent value.
This is a UK only sale, I haven’t considered shipping and would prefer collection (I could deliver or meet half way, contact me to discuss) but you could arrange a courier at your own risk.
Any questions please get in touch. I am far from a professional dealer but have been buying and selling records and CDs as a hobby for many years. This will be my last sale! Apart from this beautiful box, I own the grand total of 1 CD!
Thanks for looking.
