This is one of several Original Beatles/Solo Albums from the collection of a Music Reviewer.
Album Description:
This UK ORIGINAL of John Lennon's ICONIC Album 'Imagine' was released by APPLE Records UK on 8th October 1971.
The Vinyl LP is on the Custom Apple picture label, with 'Mfd in UK' label text and comes in its Original First Issue pinched spine Laminated Picture Sleeve, together with an Original double sided printed Lyric Inner Bag, An Original Postcard sized Photograph, and Original Large 33” x 22” Poster with John Lennon sitting at the famous White Piano.
Both sides of the record labels are in UNDAMAGED Mint condition, hard to detect even a spindle mark, there is an official Reviewers Copy Stamp on side 1 record label.
Official Matrix and stamper information:
Side 1 matrix: YEX 865-2U/Side 2 matrix YEX 866-1U.
Side 1 stampers: 2 GP, Side 2 stampers:3 ARG. etched on the side 2 trail out groove is the word 'PECKO'.
Both sides of the Vinyl disc are in STUNNING Mint Minus condition - the vinyl disc has been very well cared for.
The Original UK Issue fully laminated Picture Sleeve is in Excellent Plus condition, a FIRM, GLOSSY sleeve with just light record indentation, and a couple of light laminate pinches, the spine edge is fine, and clearly reads 'Imagine', 'John Lennon' 'Apple' 'PAS 10004', there is no fading to the spine edge of the sleeve.
The Postcard is in Mint condition, the machine folded Poster is in Mint, No pinholes, tearing or splitting to the seams. The correct Printed Made in Great Britain inner sleeve is in Excellent Minus condition with a small seam split to the bottom edge, light creasing, and age toning.
