‘LET IT BE’ was the The Beatles FINAL UK Studio Album released on 8th May1970. First issues were released as a VINYL & BOOK BOX Set. This Box Set includes the Export version of the Let it Be sleeve with the PPCS 7096 spine catalogue number.

Detailed Item Description:
This 1970 original Beatles Let It Be Box Set was Manufactured in the UK and Issued for the Export Markets only. The set is identical to the UK sales version with the exception of the Parlophone/EMI Logo, and the PPCS 7096 Catalogue Number printed on the spine of the sleeve, the Apple record labels have the PCS 7096 catalogue number printed on both record labels.
The original 1970 Twelve Track UK Apple ‘LET IT BE’ STEREO Vinyl LP on the Dark Green Apple Label, with ‘Apple Records’ label rim, and with ‘An EMI Recording’ and ‘Mfd in the UK’ printed to both record labels.
The record labels, vinyl disc, and the Parlophone Logo sleeve are in Near Mint condition, the record labels show a few light centre spindle lines. The vinyl disc is very glossy and shows only a couple of very light surface hairlines, but no deep scratches or scuffs. The original Parlophone/ EMI Export sleeve is a beautiful example in Near Mint condition, a very glossy sleeve with only the mildest signs of record storage.
Side 1 matrix: YEX 773-3U and Side 2 YEX 774-3U.
Side 1 stampers: 2 GOP and Side 2: 2 GPO.
The LP comes in it’s original white Made in England Printed Apple Records inner record bag.
The ORIGINAL Large Format GET BACK book, laminated to the Front and Reverse is in beautiful almost as new Mint Minus condition. Glossy front and back covers, with **No Loose Pages**. This great book is packed with previously unpublished photographs of The Beatles taken by Ethan A Russell from the Get Back Recording Sessions.
The book is stored in it’s original perforated black Card Inner Tray which is in Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, with no tears or splits, the Outer Black Tray is in undamaged Excellent Plus condition, also with no splits or tears.
All the contents of the Box Set slide into a First Issue Garrod & Lofthouse ‘Patents Pending’ Fully laminated Let it Be Outer slip case, which is in superb Excellent Plus condition, the slip case is very glossy and has no damage, showing just a couple of laminate pinches, and an area of laminate lifting at the bottom front of the slip case, but no splits in the laminate that has lifted.
Audio Quality:
The album plays well through all 12 tracks, without any skips, clicks or distortion, just some light background crackle.
This Export Issue of The Beatles Let It Be Box Set is in superb condition. Most are very damaged or incomplete. This box set is becoming INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT to find in such complete condition.
