The Beatles ‘WHITE ALBUM’ Apple PCS 7067/8
UK Top Loader STEREO copy No. 0547960
**Records and Black Inners only, NO POSTER and PORTRAIT PHOTOS with this copy.
Matrices: YEX 709/710/711/712-1 KT on side 4 label
Gatefold Top Loader with ‘stereo’ on the rear and No. 0547960 on the front. Very good condition, some ringwear and laminate creasing, usual off white colour, some loss of laminate on the spine. Not the best or the worst I have seen. A good ‘average’ example.
Record 1, has a slight edge warp,. On side 1 this causes my needle to skip slightly 4 times on ‘Back In The USSR’ rest plays VG, some background clicks and ticks. Side 2 VG, no skips, some background clicks but nothing too distracting. Both labels are very clean with no marks or writing and have visible spindle trails but not excessively so.
Record 2, also has a very slight edge warp but generally doesn’t affect playback, Revolution 1 has a very slight skip at the beginning. Despite that sides 3 / 4, both play VG a decent audio with some background clicks and ticks, no skips. Labels, very clean as sides 1 and 2, KT is visible on side 4.
The original black die cut inners are very good, they have some creases and minor rips and fraying around the die cut hole but are still functional and usable.
Overall a nice filler copy, not stunning, but not trashed, at a cheap price, only 99p start!
