The Beatles - Live at Circus Crone (1966) collectible LP Red Vinyl . Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
This is from a collectors vault (closet). It must have been one of the crown jewels of the collection. I don't think it was out of the plastic inner sleeve until I pulled it. I see no signs of it being played or even handled. It is an unofficial release that Discogs, the largest vinyl marketplace, will not allow to be sold for that reason. I am not knowledgeable about grading but think both the jacket and vinyl are near mint. Unofficial jackets are usually of a lessor quality than regular releases (main clue of being unofficial) and more susceptible to little bends, record imprint, color loss and edge separation. I don't see that here. The upper left corner has a tiny bit (1/8"?) of creasing to it. Maybe that makes the jacket only excellent. I'm not sure. The covers are a little wavy due to the fact that the jacket for this unofficial release does not have the pictures imprinted on the cardboard but has pictures glued to a blank cover. That is common with these limited unofficial releases. When the pictures were affixed there may have been a little too much glue. This requires very close inspection and is surely a manufacturing issue. I am identifying the maker as "Beat" based upon the label imprint, but they make the names up as they go with unofficial releases. It was recorded from live performances in 1966 in Germany but released in the 80s.
