General Description
This is an authentic Beatles original 1st Pressing Love Me Do / PS I Love You on the Red Parlophone label form 1962 in truly Excellent Condition. If there was such a thing as "Near Mint" in record collecting parlance, then this 7" example would fit that description nicely. The red Parlophone labels are in very nice condition indeed with no discernible marks that shouldn't be there other than a few very light spindle marks as evidence of it having been played a few times. Of course most of the spindle marks are on the B side label.
The Vinyl (EX)
The vinyl is in superb condition. I have not played this record, so I cannot provide a detailed analysis of how it plays, but by examining it carefully under bright light with a magnifying glass I can't see any marks or scratches worth mentioning on the vinyl at all. My best guess is that you will likely not be disappointed with the playing quality of this 50 year old gem as it has clearly been well looked after over the years. I've had it for about 6 years having purchased it from a collector here on ebay.
Please note that if you see any specs on the vinyl in the pictures I can assure you that this is probably just dust.
The Labels (EX)

Text characteristics include "The Parlophone Co Ltd..." silver text, "MADE IN GT. BRITAIN" and the "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1962". 45-R 4949 and the 7XCE 17145 45
The PT Tax stampers are clearly visible next to the spindle hole.
The Sleeve & Packaging
This example includes an original sleeve which is in very nice condition. I have also included a stiff red card sleeve for protection while in storage and when in the post. The record itself will be in the red stiff card for protection with the original sleeve separate. They will also be in a poly sleeve.
Further additional protection will be provided with two strong steel (or aluminium) stiffeners to ensure added protection while in the post.
