Description
For auction is an incredibly desirable First U.K. issue of The Beatles first single- Love Me Do/ P.S I Love You.
There are several reasons why it is desirable. Firstly that these first issue copies are rare, and rarer in great condition.
Secondly it has the original paper sleeve in decent condition.
Finally, and probably most importantly, this copy was pressed with the 1P/1G stampers! This means that the B side was pressed with the very first B side stamper of any official Beatles release anywhere. Likely one of the first 500 off the presses. A genuine piece of pop history that should appeal to all serious Beatles collectors.
The original Parlophone paper sleeve in VG condition.
Record visually and sonically at least VG+ . Minor wispy removal marks and very wispy hairlines but no deep or feelable marks. Plays without ticks, clicks skips or jumps.
Labels totally clean - no writing or marks.
This is a chance to own an important piece of popular music history.
