Company sleeve is inside. Lyric sheet is not included from first.

Record has many very minor slight spindle marks, very minor slight hair line and tiny slight mark, otherwise excellent as this age. EX

Sleeve has some minor creases around spines and scuffs on edges. No splits or tears. Still intact! VG++

Obi strap has slight agings on back side, still intact.

Booklet is repaired by tapes not to go out side.
