Mono LP is close to mint, gatefold cover has some bending and creases in upper left corner, and booklet is intact, but has come unstapled from cover.

I have held it up to bright light and can see several small surface scratches, but this still plays very well. Thanks for your interest. Btw, the number on the label and back cover is MAL 2835.
