Description
Item for sale is a truly EXCELLENT copy of The Beatles Abbey Road - Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab - as sourced directly from the Original Stereo Master Tape. All MFSL albums were released in small quantites with a maximum of 200,000 for any release - this was due to a complete focus on quality, NOT quantity - described as 'Positively Limited Editions - Limited Supplies'. Long out of production, MFSL releases are in incredible demand, all the more so if it is an artist in demand - none more so than The Beatles. The sound quality is the absolute best available due to half speed mastering and super high defintion vinyl (with extended life).
The album cover is in really good condition, at least VG++ or better with only a few small corner dinks, a couple of dinks on the spine and slight wear to the top of the sleeve. The vinyl, with the exception of a scuff is close to NM with no scratches, clean labels and clean spindles. The vinyl is enclosed in it's original static free inner sleeve and includes the original card inner sleeve which explains how the releases were produced and the philosophy behind creating the MFSL albums. All MFSL albums were pressed in Japan, long recognised as THE source of highest sound quality and this issue is MFSL 1 -023, copyright by Capitol.
Track listing is as per Abbey Road although 'Her Majesty' is not listed on the sleeve album details - is stated on the label itself.
