Description
This is the Capitol Records 1967 STEREO release of The Beatles album Magical Mystery Tour - record number 2835. I "believe" this may be an early Capitol pressing as the label isn't the typical flat paper Capitol labels used at this time, this label has a very slight gloss to it, not very shiny, but rather a light shine and is smooth. I've had this going back to the '60s when it was bought at the Sam Goody record store in Green Acres Shopping Center (before it was a mall) in Valley Stream Long Island, so it's not a later reissue that was done by Capitol many years down the road. The cover is in VG++ condition and has very light rub wear, almost like a thin line on the top of the front and also on the back around the same area. It appears this area is where the actual cardboard cover under the cover slick has the factory seam/fold. It should also be noted that the booklet is still attached inside but was attached from the Factory askew as it's not set perfectly level. The seams are all intact and the binding in the centerfold is also intact, not split. The writing on the spine is quite legible. The record is in a nice VG+ condition with Side 1 a stronger VG+ than side 2 and is in very nice condition. Shipping in the U.S. is $5.25.
