Description
The Beatles "Magical Mystery Tour" 1967 first-pressing Capitol MAL-2835 MONO LP, the gatefold cover is in EXC condition, straight and square with no seam splits (which is really hard to find), the inside pages of the 24-page booklet (3-22) are cleanly separated from the staples which is super-common because of the construction/production techniques - they didn't realize how heavy the booklet would be when the album was held vertically), this East Coast cover ("No you're not!" is in in straight, block letters and not script) is the very 1st pressing with all selections credited to "Maclen Music, Inc., BMI" as shown on the inside left gatefold; the matching East Coast record is VG++/EXC on both sides, and is also the very 1st pressing with all songs credited to BMI; although perhaps not in the NM category you can tell the vinyl was not played much (labels are super-clean on both sides), Side 2 has a couple superficial, noticeable angelhair sleeve scuffs but nothing major at all; I don't usually pick these up unless they're NM but you never find them NM, when I saw this I recognized that this copy is in darn, decent condition and was not abused, comes with the original white/manilla inner sleeve in NM condition with no seam splits.
