Description
The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour LP Capital Records (Canada) Rainbow label 1st edition pressing. MAL2835 is the mono record edition which is more rare than the stereo version. The picture book is intact, the glue has let go and the book is loose. The actual pictures are in very good condition. There is a split seam on one side of the gatefold and there is a picture of this. There is superficial markings on the vinyl, no deep scratches or skips. The song, I Am The Walrus has a hand written ("No You're Not" Said Little Nicola) underneath, the picture shows this. This means that this pressing is a bit later versus the earliest copies for this label. The very first copies in Canada had typed text. The label is in excellent shape. The matrix numbers are T1 2835 - 2 Side One and T2 2835 F-11 for Side Two. The first edition is on the rainbow label and the second edition is on a subsidiary label, the light green Capital.
For the original label mono edition this record album is in overall Good condition. The sound is very good. I will combine shipping with other records bought from me.
