The Beatles 1968 US Stereo 12" Vinyl Lp titled "Magical Mystery Tour" on the rainbow Capitol label. The record comes housed in its' original NEMS outer sleeve with the original EMI Records import sticker on the front.
Catalogue number: SMAL 2835.
Side 1 condition:
The surface and shine of the vinyl are excellent with only one or two very light marks and light whispy lines.
Side 1 plays through beautifully well, even through the melodic quieter sections. There is only light crackle in between tracks and quieter sections. This is beautiful sounding vinyl and great playback quality.
The Capitol label is in excellent condition with very little wear and very little discolouration. The text boldly stands out with no fading and is perfect.
Side 2 condition:
Side 2 also plays through beautifully well, even through the melodic quieter sections. There is only light crackle in between tracks and during quieter sections. This is the best way to experience The Beatles, beautiful sounding vinyl and great playback quality.
The excellent shine and surface of the vinyl on side 2 is equal to that as described on side 1. There are very few light marks and the lightest of whispy lines around the run-off groove area.
The label is in excellent condition. Again, there is very little discolouration or light wear and the the text remains visually bold with no obvious fading, it is near perfect.
The NEMS outer sleeve is in stunning condition - excellent plus.
The front shows no fading or discolouration and the orint is fully vibrant. There is no crushing to the corners and the white panel is perfectly white. The NEMS credit is printed perfectly in the bottom right corner.
The spine is sharp, square and without crushing. The text which runs along the spine is also near perfect with only the slightest area of fading on the spines' edge.
The inside, with 24 colour booklet, is in excellent condition with no writing, no discolouration and no loose or torn pages. The centre staples fix each page perfectly and there is no rusting.
The back is also excellent plus with no dents or fading and each is square without creases.
The generic inner sleeve is in very good plus condition with some creasing and light discolouration but no seam splits.
EVERY RECORD IS SENT USING THE MOST ROBUST PACKAGING MATERIAL TO PROTECT IT DURING TRANSIT.
