Description
I am selling more BEATLES and BEATLES-RELATED RECORDS from my own collection. Please check my other auctions, too.
In this auction:
· “MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR” by the Beatles
· This LP is Capitol Records MAL - 2835.
· This is MONO (monaural) PRESSING.
· The labels don’t have “subsidiary” in the perimeter print on the label, and all of the songs are credited to BMI.
· Mono pressings were issued November 27, 1967.
· “Magical Mystery Tour” was the LAST U.S. Beatles LP title to be issued in MONO. The subsequent Beatles LPs released in the U.S., “Abbey Road”, “The Beatles” (aka: “The White Album”, “Let It Be” and “Hey Jude” (aka: “The Beatles Again”, were ALL issued ONLY in STEREO in the U.S.
· The GATEFOLD COVER is in VERY NICE VG+ CONDITION. There is light overall wear (as you can see in the images). There is light corner wear. There is light to moderate wear on the spine where there is a very small ½ -inch split and a small piece of paper missing with “EA” from the word “BEATLES” on it. There is a very tiny ½ -inch piece of paper on the top seam missing, but both top and bottom SEAMS are STRONG. There is slight aging of the white area inside the gatefold cover. The 24-page booklet inside the gatefold cover is still attached to the cover, and all pages are still attached inside the booklet.
· The VINYL is in STRONG VG+ CONDITION. Only a few very light surface hairlines/scuffs keep me from grading the vinyl Near Mint. (NOTE: The small white dot to the left of “THE BEATLES” on the Side 1 and the tiny white dot above the “1” on the Side 1 label are manufacturing defects, NOT damage to the label.)
It’s a NICE UNCOMMON MONO COPY of the BEATLES’ “Magical Mystery Tour” LP to add to your vinyl collection.

These grades are Good+ (G+), Very Good Minus (VG-), Very Good (VG), Very Good+ (VG+), Near Mint Minus or Very Good++ (NM- or VG++), Near Mint (NM), Mint Minus (M-), and Mint (M or MT) to VISUALLY GRADE this LP, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
