Description
I believe the album is this particular 1984-1987 reissue version:
https://www.discogs.com/release/15499802-The-Beatles-Magical-Mystery-Tour
the lettering of STEREO PCTC 255 is larger on this label compared to some.
Side 1 matrix number: YEX 959-2-1-1 HTM
The whole album is in really nice condition.
The cover has not lost any of its shine but has an area where the sticker originally was. This is very superficial but can be seen in the photo close up (had to be put at an angle to see it)
The back of the cover seems to be nice too. It is hard to find any marks there due to the picture but it seems completely okay. Maybe a slight wear on the spine above PCTC 255.
The gate fold is really good and the inner attached book is in really nice condition; the only area of note is where the book has been resting on the gate fold. The photos show anything I have noted.
The inner sleeve is in good condition but has some stains or marks on the outside, as can be seen.
I assume this is the original inner sleeve.
The vinyl and labels look really good. There is a slight spindle mark on side 1.
There are one or two surface scratches which are quite small and don't manifest audio-wise.
Track 5 on side one has some vinyl production pits. Again, these do not manifest audio-wise.
Please see the photos for anything I have managed to document.
I have played it through and it sounds good. Here and there in the quiet parts there might be a crackle or two, but it does play very nicely.
I have graded it according to Discogs as Excellent
