Description

I am selling many BEATLES and BEATLES-RELATED LPs from my collection. So, please check my other auctions.

IN THIS AUCTION:

· “MEET THE BEATLES” by the Beatles

· This LP is Capitol Records ST 2047.

· This is a STEREO RECORD.

· The Shrink Wrap has “breathe holes”. The shrink wrap has a 5-inch slit (in the shrink only) along the top seam that has caused it to ripple some as you can see in the image. There is a small store sticker also at top right.

· Both the COVER and the VINYL are NEAR MINT.

· Information provided is from Perry Cox’s Price Guide for the Beatles American Records.

· According to Cox, this LP, which is constructed of poster board with the images printed onto the poster board, tells us that this pressing is post-1976.

· This pressing has the purple Capitol Records labels with “Mfd. by Capitol”. Therefore, this LP was issued 1978 – 1983.

· BEWARE: Some sellers will switch vinyl and covers in order to create a near mint item to sell. I don’t do that. This is the correct cover and vinyl for this pressing/issue.

· It’s a nice Beatles LP to add to your vinyl collection.
