Description
I am selling this LP on behalf of my parents, who are originally from Liverpool and brought this record with them when they emigrated here (Toronto) in the late 1960s. I am told the record most likely hasn't been played since the 1970s.
I don't own a record player so I haven't played the record myself. I have made no attempt to clean this record.
I am not a vinyl aficionado so instead of trying to grade this LP, I will do my best to describe condition in my own words.
Cover, Front: Nice and glossy, corners slightly worn, some minor creases on front laminate, no tears that I can see.
Cover, Back: One small tear at bottom edge below 'E.M.I. Records Limited', small stain upper right-hand corner, small creases on top, bottom and right edges, one small tear about halfway down right edge, in a little from edge. Other minor wear marks as per pictures.
Vinyl, Side 1: As per pictures, I count three (3) what I would call scuff marks but no large scratches. Pictures include most visible scuff mark, not particularly easy to see.
Vinyl, Side 2: As per pictures, visible scratch on right-hand side of record about halfway down. Several other small scratches, small scuff marks including a circular mark within the fourth track, which I have also taken a picture of.
Held very closely underneath a bright LED light, there are multiple small scratches visible that I cannot see with my naked eye.
Labels: Clean & bright.
Original 'Emitex' inner sleeve as per pictures.
I believe this is a fourth pressing of this LP.
Shipping price includes tracking number, insurance and cardboard box designed for LPs. Free local pickup ok.
Again, I am not a vinyl guy but have done my best to be as thorough and descriptive as possible.
Happy to combine multiple records into one shipment if interested in other records I currently have listed.
