The Beatles Please Please Me First Press U.K. LP Very Rare Excellent Condition. This Album is the second Beatles album to be made on the Parlophone label. The first was the black & gold which is very rare to find in any condition. The second to be made was on the Parlophone black & yellow label. This is a first press mono on the yellow & black label with the matrix numbers of XEX 421-1N SIDE 1 & XEX 422-1N SIDE 2. This album is Excellent + and is in superb condition. You can only see the very smallest of marks on the album from being placed in it's inner sleeve which is the use 'EMITEX' sleeve also in excellent condition with no seam splits down the sides or in the bottom. Just the slightest of wear at the top opening. The Album cover is also in excellent condition with just the very slightest of bumping to the corners from storage. Has just the slightest of creasing on the bottom only. Front has no laminate lifting at all. The back is very clean and bright white with the flip back cover. There is No writing, No stickers and like I say very very clean made and printed by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London.
Under bright light there are just a very few light scratches that are unfeel able by a finger main. Most likely from sliding in the album sleeve. They do no to effect play at all.
Labels are very clean free of any writing or stickers and you can hardly even see any spindle trail marks. KT tax stamp present on side two.
This record has seen very little and I mean very little time on a turntable.
Any collector would be proud to have this album in their collection.
