Beatles- Please Please Me. Aussie mono issue 1964 copy. PMCO1202
Sleeve is in top condition for its age; it has some light creasing and light spots on the front cover. The spine and edges are intact and in good order. Easily VG, more like VG+.
The LP looks amazing with only some signs of being played - a few very light spindle marks on the labels and only a few light marks on the vinyl, gleaming and glossy! Unfortunately, there is some light distortion that exists across most of the LP- obviously it wasn't played much, but when it was it was played with a worn needle. So for this j would grade it G to VG overall. Then again, maybe it's my needle?!
Despite the light surface noise, this is still one of the best copies of this LP I have seen in my years of collecting as most of the Please Please Me covers from Australia turn up trashed as they had hardly any lamination on them.
Get it while you can!!!
I try to undergrade more than overgrade so bid with confidence!
I grade conservatively to UK Record Collector Standard. PLEASE read and know this standard before bidding as I don't want to have to explain gradings to bidders that are unfamiliar with it.
Postage is at cost. I only send outside Australia by Registered Post as I've had lost parcels too many times. This means around A$32 for an LP, or up to A$25 for a 7" single. Yes, this is expensive but this is what I get charged from the post office. Postage within Australia is A$8.50.
If you have any other concerns or questions PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING! Thanks!
