Parlophone PMC 1202 – XEX 421-1N / 422-1N – Play-Tested
Offered here is an early 1963 UK mono pressing of The Beatles – Please Please Me on the Parlophone black & yellow label (PMC 1202). This copy features first-cut matrix codes (XEX 421-1N / XEX 422-1N) and has Northern Songs publishing credits, identifying it as a third UK mono pressing.
The outer flipback sleeve includes the printed Emitex reference on the reverse. This copy is supplied in a plain inner sleeve.

A well-preserved example of an early UK pressing of this landmark Beatles debut LP. Pressed using original 1N stampers, this copy has been fully play-tested and plays through without issue. Sleeve and vinyl show signs of age but remain in solid, collectible condition.
📌 Condition: Good vintage condition. Vinyl has visible surface marks but plays cleanly. Outer sleeve has some wear and creasing as depicted in the photos. Emitex text present on back cover. Supplied in a plain inner sleeve.
