This is the FOURTH PRESSING (
- Matrix / Runout (Side 1 runout): XEX 421-1N
- Matrix / Runout (Side 2 runout): XEX 422-1N
I have graded this record according to the Record Collector's Grading System and deemed it to be in overall VERY GOOD condition.
A very good grading = "The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable."
More detailed breakdown of condition:
I describe items as accurately as possible making every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Sleeve: Some scuffing to the corners, very minor tear at the front opening, some damage where the cover wraps around at the rear. See pictures. Sturdy and intact.
Inner: Intact, clean, typical creasing.
Record: Very good. Some hairline marks but nothing serious. Most visible is a light hairline scratch across tracks 4, 5, 6 and 7 on Side 2. Having listened to the record this does not appear to affect play - I could not detect any change in the audio quality.
Playback: It plays as it should, incredibly well. Minimal pops/clicks/crackle.
A nice genuine, tight copy of a classic release. It belonged to my mother.
This record will be shipped in a secure 12" cardboard vinyl mailer.
