You are bidding on a very rare 3rd Issue of the The Beatles PLEASE PLEASE ME?album. This is a rare 3rd Pressing with 33 1/3 mention on the Label. This is not a MINT copy! If your looking for a mint copy then this one is probably not for you! But it is a reasonably Good copy in Playable condition.
ISSUE: Mono 3rd Pressing with Yellow and Black Parlophone Labels CAT NUMBER: PMC 1203 YEAR: 1963 MATRIX NUMBERS: Side 1: XEX-421 1N Side 2: XEX-422 1N STAMPERS: Side 1: RA Side 2: RG LABELS: YELLOW?&?BLACK Parlophone with '33 1/3 text’ printed on the left hand side of the label. INNER SLEEVES: Original Emitex white inner sleeve
VINYL CONDITION: Disc is 100% flat, No warps! Good shine! Plays without any jumps, sticks or loud disturbing noises. Vinyl on both sides still has a nice gloss and both are in GOOD overall condition. Light surface scuffs here and there ! No deep scratches.
The vinyl overall is in Good to Very Good playable condition.
LABELS CONDITION: The all important Labels are YELLOW?& BLACK?PARLOPHONE and in GOOD condition. Some light spinal ware! Some finger marks and some small scuffs here and there! The Labels also have ‘Made in Gt Britain’ and ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ mention and DO?NOT have ‘Sold in UK’ and also have the extra 33 1/3 text on the left hand side next to the matrix number as this very rare 3rd issue should!
COVER CONDITION: Front Laminated Cover in Good Condition. Lots of edge bumps and edge ware and some creasing. Corner and Edge wear here and there. It has the ‘Printed by Ernest J Day & Co.’ credit. the back cover and E.M.I. Records Limited Hayes, Middlesex England.
The worst problem with the sleeve is a seem split of around 5 inches on back cover / the bottom right corner/edge!
Overall the cover is not a stunning example but a good copy in used condition.!
INNER?SLEEVE?CONDITION: Original Emitex inner sleeve in good overall condition Yellowed with light creasing.
