Please Please Me the Beatles 2nd 45 RPM Single from 11 Jan 1963, MPT Tax Code to A Side, 01/01/1963 the Purchase Tax Code changed from PT to MT as a new rate of tax came in, Matrix Nos are 7XCE 17217-1N + 7XCE 17218-1N Mothers are 3 GO + 1 JR, The Vinyl does have visible scratches but still plays well with some crackles to B Side Ask Me Why , The first two Beatles Singles only can be found on the rarer Red Labels which by the end of January 1963 had changed to black, Copies of Please Please Me are scarcer than Love Me Do, The Label Credits at this early point reading McCartney-Lennon, Posting Immediate
